The festival's box office as well as its registration and information desk are located in the foyer of Metropol Cinema (at the corner Bolzstraße/ Lautenschlagerstraße). During all festival days the box office opens one hour before the first screening. Reserved and free tickets must be picked up 30 minutes prior to the screening. After that, the tickets will go on sale.

The advance ticket sale starts in July 2015 at all box offices of Innenstadtkinos Stuttgart (Metropol, Gloria, EM and Cinema, as well as at their ticket centre at the corner of Königstraße/Bolzstraße). Tickets can also be purchased online (www.innenstadtkinos.de).
